Processing Time

Orders are typically processed within:

1–2 business days

Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will begin processing on the next business day.

Please note that during major promotions or holidays, processing times may be slightly longer.

Shipping Rates

United States

  • Free Standard Shipping on all orders.
  • Expedited shipping options are available at checkout for an additional fee.

International Orders

Shipping rates are calculated automatically during checkout based on:

  • Destination
  • Package weight
  • Shipping method selected

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you'll receive a confirmation email containing:

  • Your tracking number
  • Carrier information
  • A tracking link

You can also monitor your shipment anytime through our Track Order page.

Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking information to become active.

Multiple Shipments

If your order contains multiple products, they may be shipped separately to ensure faster delivery.

You will receive tracking information for each shipment.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Incorrect Shipping Address

Once an order has entered fulfillment, we cannot guarantee changes or cancellations.

Failed Delivery Attempts

If a package is returned to us because of:

  • repeated failed delivery attempts,
  • or refusal of delivery,

additional shipping charges may apply for reshipment.
